Terms and Conditions for PM Academy and its Programs
All nomination and registration for programs and workshops are confirmed upon receipt of payments.
Payments have to be made via cheque or DD in the name of “i2m management services private limited” , drawn on bank in Mumbai
Transfer Policy
- If you/candidates are unable to attend a workshop batch that you have registered and paid for, candidate/organization must contact PM Academy as soon as possible so that we can fill vacancy.
- Candidate/Organization have the option of transferring to another batch(workshop) or receiving a refund if we receive an email request 21 days or more before the first day of the workshop.
- We will make reasonable efforts to fill all spaces available in the workshop. If we are able to accomplish this, Candidate/Organization may request a refund or a transfer to another workshop.Either request will be processed according to the guidelines noted above.
Cancellation Policy
- Nomination once confirmed cannot be cancelled but can be transferred to other batch. PM Academy can consider cancellation by understanding gravity of the reason.
- If Candidate/Organization cancels a nomination 15 or more business days prior to the workshop at no cancellation charge will be levied.
- If cancellation occurs fourteen to six business days prior to the workshop dates, candidate/company will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the fee.
- Candidates/ Organization are responsible for paying 100% of the workshop price if you cancel five business days or less prior to the workshop dates.
REFUND OF SERVICE TAX
- Service Tax paid as part of any transaction or course fees is non refundable and no claims regarding the same shall be entertained.
