If you are a qualified PM Practitioner, enthusiastic about mentoring professionals in the art and science of project management, we at PM Academy want to hear from you.

Here are the responsibilities you will be expected to handle:

• Lead and develop premium learning content based on Project Management best practices and caselets
• Conduct training and mentoring sessions for your mentees
• Assess, provide feedback, and evaluate the implementation of capstone reports.

Of course you will be expected to develop productive relationships with your mentees by understanding their profiles and project specific concerns.

Basic Qualifications

Here are the minimum sets of requirements you need to qualify as a mentor at PM Academy

• 10+ years experience as a project manager, program manager or practitioner. What is important is that you be able to share practical examples out of your relevant experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation. However professionals with international credentials like Prince 2 Practitioner, Stanford Certified PM, AACE certification are also welcome
• A minimum of five years prior training/teaching experience
• Need to have demonstrated subject matter expertise and be able to engage students in an engaging teaching style

Mentor Development

At PM Academy we conduct Mentor the Mentor programs to develop professional mentoring and coaching capabilities. Apart from this selected mentors are provided access to professional teaching resources.

Compensation

Our contracted mentors receive a competitive professional fee for each teaching day or session along with a fixed fee per batch of mentees assessed and evaluated. Travel and living expenses if incurred while teaching are reimbursed according to PM Academy policy.
