  • Explain the process of developing a schedule plan
  • Differentiate between issues and the risks and explain the process of developing risk response plans
  • Describe how to develop a communication plan taking into account the requirements for stakeholders
  • Explain the project team development and management processes required during directing and managing project execution
  • Describe the process of updating, monitoring and managing changes to a project plan
  • Explain the difference between project progress and performance report
  • Describe the processes involved in closing a project
